a. a. Where form completion is required to access information, download content, access portals, send contact requests or demonstration requests, you agree:

ii. to receive promotional material, special offers, invitations to webinars and events from EMT in regards to the services and solutions EMT offers as well as information pertinent to the Industry
iii. when completing a form for a product demonstration request, contact request about a solution or product, support request or registration to a webinar on a particular topic or product, it may be necessary for EMTD to share certain details about you with the relevant Vendor of a given product of interest to better aid you
4. Collection of your Information:
a. We may request information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested such as receiving information about products or services that EMTD offers, ordering e-mail newsletters, joining a limited-access site or service, or when purchasing, downloading and/or registering products offered by EMTD.
